Lavender Officinal Hydrolat, also known as Lavender Floral Water, is produced during the distillation of Lavender Officinal (Lavandula angustifolia) to extract its essential oil. The hydrolat is milder than the essential oil, making it more suitable for individuals sensitive to essential oils, such as children. Although less concentrated, the hydrolat retains the benefits of the plant from which it is derived. Lavender hydrolat can be used from 3 months onwards.

NUTRITIONAL PROPERTIES

Ideal for infusion, smoothies, or in desserts like crème brûlée, it pairs well with fruit salads, strawberries, chocolate, and apple juice.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Packaged in opaque blue PET bottles to protect from light for sizes 100ml to 500ml, in opaque white HDPE bottles for 1L, and in drums for 5L.

Our hydrolats are guaranteed without preservatives and microfiltered.

Store them in a cool place to preserve all their qualities for a longer time. White filaments may form in your hydrolat; they are harmless and do not affect the quality of your product. If you prefer, you have the option to remove them using a coffee filter.
