What is the difference between classical lavender and fine lavender?

The classical officinal lavender comes from a plant of fine lavender chosen for its perfume. Then this plant is reproduced by cuttings. On a 1 hectare plot, every plant is identical so that there is only one smell. Each bottle of classical lavender contains a lavender oil with only one nuance of lavender smell.

The cultivation and the distillation of lavender with an organic agriculture.

Since we decided to grow lavender in the region again, we have chosen to do it without pesticides. We obtained the organic certification by Ecocert for our essential oils. The distillation made on the farm is an important event: we adjust our work to the weather and the maturity of the lavender to ensure the best quality oil.
